Bill Harmon has worked for the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in Lansingsince 1992. He works in the Remediation and Redevelopment Division Superfund Section as the FUDS Coordinator/Superfund Project Manager. His unit provides regulatory oversight for the cleanup of over 250 properties identified as U.S. Department of Defense Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS).  Bill has also served in the United States Navy and Navy Reserves, retiring from the Navy Reserves with the rank of commander.  Bill is the co-team leader for the ITRC Unexploded Ordnance team. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology/physics from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan in 1979.
