Eugene M. Mikell III is the Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Quality Manager for  Tetra Tech (Tt) EC, Inc. and is based out of the Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Since  2015, Eugene has managed TtEC's munitions contracts/task orders for compliance  with contract requirements and now ISO 9001, 14001, and 17025 standards,  policies, and procedures. He develops quality policy, conducts oversight of the  projects compliance, and trains UXOQCS personnel in their duties and  responsibilities. In addition, he has provided munitions-related technical  support to state regulatory agencies across the United States. Prior to his  work as a consultant, he served in the US Air Force from 1980 to 2001, and he  performed field duties ranging from a UXO Technician 2 & 3, SUXOS, UXOSO,  UXOQCS, collecting geophysical data, civil survey of MMRP sites and managed  munitions safety and quality programs at the programmatic level. Eugene has  been an ITRC Team member on munitions related projects during 2012-14 and  2017-2018. Eugene enlisted in the Air Force in September 1980 and attended the  Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) School in Indian Head, MD. During his  time in the US Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal Program he earned his  Master EOD Technician qualification. Eugene earned ASQ & NASP  certifications.
