Robin Mongeon Robin Mongeon has been with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) since 1994. Prior to working at DES, she was an environmental consultant for seven years. She is currently the Federal Sites Program Manager responsible for CERCLA and DoD waste site cleanup. Prior to working in the Federal Sites Section Robin worked as an Engineer in the Petroleum Remediation Section at DES overseeing cleanup at Leaking Underground Storage Tank sites. Robin is currently the primary point of contact at DES for Vapor Intrusion issues. Robin was a member of the ITRC Vapor Intrusion Team, and she is currently serving as the ITRC Point of Contact at DES. Robin is a registered professional engineer and earned her master's degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1996 and her bachelor's degree from Norwich University in 1986.
