John Vogan joined ETI in February 1993 as a hydrogeologist and project manager, and has been ETI's President since October 1997. He provides technical and administrative oversight in all aspects of the technology application. He has co-authored several technical publications and taught several short courses concerning iron permeable reactive barrier technology.
