Presentation Overview:

Review of ARARs during a Feasibility Study focuses on specific technical and regulatory Applicable or Relevant and Appropriate Requirements (ARAR) related to protection of ecological and historical resources that RPMs address during cleanups under CERCLA. By taking the webinar, participants will be able to discuss the general principals of how to meet the substantial requirements of these ARARs in developing and implementing a CERCLA cleanup.
