Dr. Jeff Armstrong has been with the Orange County Sanitation District (Fountain Valley, CA) for 12 years where he is senior scientist in the District's ocean monitoring program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marine biology, a Masters degree in biology and a Ph.D. in biological oceanography. In addition to his position with the sanitation district, Dr. Armstrong is an adjunct professor of marine biology in the Department of Biological Sciences at the California State University Long Beach. He is also currently president of the Southern California Chapter of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry.
