Kathy Castagna is an Environmental Engineer with U.S. EPA. She has been with the Agency for 34 years. She works as a Project Officer in the Brownfields Program, managing a variety of projects - assessment, cleanup, revolving loan funds, and job training. She has held several positions in the Agency, including Environmental Justice Coordinator. Kathy has a B.A. in Geology from Hunter College, City University of New York and a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University, Medford, MA.
