Tricia Chai-OnnTricia Chai-Onn is a Geographic Information Specialist at the Earth Institute's Center for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN). Her interests are in cartography and public health. She has worked extensively on gathering data for the NPL Superfund Footprint Mapper. Tricia received her masters in Urban Spatial Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania and bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Environmental Science from Barnard College. She assisted with the Research Translation Core project aim to continue to populate and update the Columbia University Superfund Research Program online mapping service with site-specific data, to aid in visualization and analysis of the impacts of Superfund sites on vulnerable populations, for improved assessment and remediation of high-priority sites.
