Jeanne Conklin is currently the Acting Director of the National Policy Training Compliance Division at EPA. Prior to this position she served as EPA's National Grants Training Coordinator located at the Headquarters office of Grants and Debarment in Washington, DC. Jeanne's expertise in the area of grants management includes her experience working as a Grants Policy Specialist and as a Grants Specialist in the EPA Office of Grants and Debarment as well as serving as a Grants Compliance Officer for the past five years. Jeanne authors and presents training on grants related topics to applicants and recipients of Federal assistance throughout the Nation. She also trains EPA staff to be Project Officers and Grants Specialists as well as provides EPA managers training on assistance for the EPA. Jeanne holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Management from Dickinson State University.
