Kimberly Fedinatz is an enforcement attorney with the EPA working on issues of bankruptcy, CERCLA and RCRA Subtitle I (underground storage tanks). Prior to coming to the EPA, Kimberly was a commissioned officer in the Army Corps of Engineers where she led military construction and demolition projects. She deployed to Iraq twice, and was awarded a Bronze Star Medal. She earned a bachelor's degree in environmental science from the University of Virginia, and a JD from George Mason University.
