Thomas Georgian has been a chemist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Environmental & Munitions Center Expertise (EM CX) since 1995. He provides technical support for environmental chemistry and statistics; he conducts independent technical reviews, gives training, and writes guidance. Prior to joining the USACE, Thomas Georgian was the director of New York City's drinking water laboratory was a chemist with Naval Facilities Engineering Command, providing technical support for the Navy's environmental programs. Thomas Georgian graduated from New York University in 1986, with a M.S. and Ph.D. in theoretical physical chemistry.
