Ms. Kysha Holliday is currently employed by the EPA Office of Administration and Resources Management, Office of Grants and Debarment. As a member of the National Policy, Training and Compliance Division, she serves in a dual capacity as Compliance Officer, as well as EPA's National Indirect Cost Coordinator (nonprofits only). As Compliance Officer, Ms. Holliday provides management oversight of recipient compliance with administrative requirements for all EPA grants. In 2006 she received a Bronze Medal for Commendable Service and was recognized for her work in developing and implementing EPA's pre?award review program for non?profit recipients. In addition, she obtained a certificate in Federal Grants Management in June 2009. Ms. Holliday obtained her MBA degree in Financial Management from Strayer University in 2006 and is currently studying to obtain a certification as a Certified Government Financial Manager (expected complete February 2011) from the Association of Government Accountants.
