Sarah Malpass, associate planner in the Community Planning and Revitalization Group of Skeo Solutions, provides leadership and technical expertise for collaborative planning and design services in the areas of equitable development, Superfund site reuse, area-wide brownfield revitalization, and neighborhood quality of life. Ms. Malpass has a special interest in building capacity in environmental justice communities to implement equitable development solutions that provide a foundation for healthy, vibrant community life. Her areas of expertise include community and regional planning, stakeholder facilitation, community engagement and GIS mapping and analysis.
