Michelle Mandolia works in the Evaluation Support Division within EPA’s
Office of Policy, Economics, and Innovation in Washington, D.C. She
consults with EPA program offices and regions on how to conduct program
evaluations and develop performance measures for their programs. She
also trains staff members in program evaluation and performance
measurement development. In addition, she has served as a program
evaluation advisor on several EPA program evaluations. Michelle helped
develop performance measures for EPA’s CARE cooperative agreement
program as a member of their tracking team which she now leads.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Virginia.
