Joy Pochatila is the Team Lead for the Environmental Analysis Team at the US Army Corps of Engineers Army Geospatial Center. She is a also a licensed, professional geologist with over fifteen years of experience in the fields of water resources, remote sensing, and geographic information systems. She leads a diverse team of geographers, geologists, remote-sensing analysts, and cartographers. She earned a M.S. in Environmental Scienes from the Univeristy of Virginia.
