Hilary Thornton is a Remedial Project Manager (RPM) in the Superfund program of EPA Region 3 in Philadelphia with over 14 years experience in that role. He has also served as a Co-Chair of EPA's Engineering Forum and is one of the leaders in EPA's move toward greener cleanups. Hilary currently serves as a Co-Lead of the EPA Engineering Forum's Greener Cleanup Subcommittee.
