Chen Wen has been active in the H2E program since its inception in 1998, and continues to provide day to day support as the H2E program now becomes an independent non-profit organization. Chen received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington, and a Master of Arts degree in public policy studies from the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. Chen has had a variety of work experiences during his 15-year tenure at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and finds H2E to be one of the most fun and challenging programs he's ever worked on.
