Michelle Cagley has more than 20 years experience in environmental compliance and currently manages a group providing enviornmental support for projects at TVA's generation faclities. She has been involved in the Kingston Ash Spill Recovery effort since May of 2008. She managed environmental compliance on the Kingston Recovery Project and served as the primary interface with state and federal regulatory agencies during the cleanup operations.
