Cindy has worked for EPA since 1990, and was a Team Leader in Superfund Finance for many years. She has participated as Finance Section Chief, Cost Unit Leader and as a Field Accountant the Columbia Shuttle, for Hurricanes Katirna/Rita as well as Hurricanes Ike/Gustav. She has taken an active roll in developing the EPA position of the Finance Section Chief and all the associate Unit leaders within the Finance Section since becoming involved with the Incident Command System.
