Charlie Coleman is EPA Region 8's Remedial Project Manager for the Anaconda Smelter NPL site, a large Superfund mining mega site in southwestern Montana, a position he has held since 1989. He specializes in complex negotiations with responsible parties, state partners, local government, and other stakeholders to achieve fair and equitable cleanups while achieving EPA's statutory requirements for protectiveness of human health and the environment. Mr. Coleman is an environmental engineer with a degree from Montana Tech.
