Catherine Gockel, M.S., M.P.A. is a Presidential Management Fellow in EPA's Region 10 Seattle office. She is based in the Office of Water and Watersheds, and writes wastewater (NPDES) permits. She is currently on a detail with EPA's Puget Sound Team. Prior to joining EPA, Catherine worked for the William D. Ruckelshaus Center to assist in resolving long-standing conflict over wetland and riparian areas on agricultural lands. She has twice served as a Fulbright Fellow - to Peru and to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Paris.
