Mr. Clarke has more than 39 years experience in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and military munitions response projects worldwide. His experience includes operational range clearance on all types of ground and air weapons ranges, post-war munitions and minefield clearance and planning and executing CERCLA investigations and removal actions at MMRP sites for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. Mr. Clarke is a Program Manager with Battelle Memorial Institute's Environmental Solutions and Services Department with responsibility for their munitions response program.

Mr. Clarke attended Chaminade University of Honolulu and earned a Bachelor's Degree (Cum Laude) in History. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
