Margaret Crowe serves as an Environmental Scientist with the EPA Region 4 Waste Management Division for 17 years. During this tenure, she supported the goals of the Agency by serving as project manager for 18 Brownfields Grants, serving as a technical authority and expert to the Division, state, local and/or tribal governments on work groups, program issues, grants, contracts, cooperative agreements and interagency agreements awarded by the Division's programs, instituting and serving as grant officer for Region 4's Teachers' Environmental Institutes (TEIs), funding over twenty TEIs. Mrs. Crowe received her Masters in Science Administration with a concentration in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University in 2007. Mrs. Crowe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and General Science from West Virginia Institute of Technology, Montgomery, West Virginia. Prior to coming to work with EPA, she taught Chemistry, Physics, and Physical Science.
