Mr. Daniel is the Chief of the Army Environmental Command's Cleanup and Munitions Response Division where he is responsible for management of the Army's active sites cleanup program and Installation Management Command Compliance Cleanup Program. He has been involved in the Army restoration program at both the project management level and program management level for the past 23 years. He has managed cleanup programs at several installations including Schofield Barracks in Hawaii, Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant in California, Letterkenny Army Depot in Pennsylvania, and Indiana Army Ammunition Plant. He was involved with the joint DOD/EPA/State effort to develop site closeout process guidance as well as development of Army guidance on NPL site completion and deletion and on long term monitoring and remedial action operations optimization. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Engineering Administration from George Washington University.
