Marshall DickMarshall Dick received his early education at the Bronx High School of Science in New York City. He then received a Bachelor of Science Degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters Degree in inorganic chemistry from Georgetown University and a Masters Degree in operations research from Johns Hopkins University. He has held several technical positions in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Washington, DC and currently has major responsibilities in the EPA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program as well as serving as Project Officer on many Agency contracts.

Prior to joining EPA, Mr. Dick worked in pollution abatement at the Naval Ship Research Center and research, development, and design functions at Fort Detrick. In private industry he was a development engineer with W.R. Grace and Pittsburgh Plate Glass.
