K. David Drake is a remedial project manager at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region VII, in Kansas City, Kansas. He received a B.S. in Geology from Indiana University in 1984 and a M.S. in Urban Environmental Geology from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1999. He is currently a doctoral candidate (ABD) in Geosciences/Public Administration at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Mr. Drake worked as a geologist at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District for approximately 7 years prior to joining the EPA in 1993. He holds professional and registered geologist licenses (P.G. and R.G.) in the States of Tennessee and Missouri, respectively, and is a member of the Geological Society of America, the Association of Missouri Geologists, and the Association of Engineering Geologists.
