Don Elder is President of River Network, a national nonprofit organization that provides organizational and technical assistance to watershed protection groups across America. He served as River Network's Vice President for Programs from 1996-2003, and has served as President since. This year, River Network is launching a new program, “Saving Energy by Saving Water,” which will help watershed groups and others address both the effects and the root cause of climate change.
