Alison Evans is a project manager with EPA's Brownfields Program, her work there includes green building and sustainability initiatives as well as efforts to promote land revitalization across EPA and the federal government, including EPA's RCRA program. She is currently on detail to EPA's Smart Growth program. Previous to joining EPA, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Poland, where she taught sustainable development approaches for the Baltic Region in a small technical college. She has worked in national and international environmental consulting and is currently pursuing an MS in Environmental Science and Policy at Johns Hopkins University, part-time.
