  3. CURRENT ASSIGNMENT: As the Special Assistant for M2S2 Mr. Evans directs and coordinates the goals and objectives of all USACE Military Munitions Support Services as described in ER 1110-1-8153. He leads the M2S2 sub-community under the ECoP. He facilitates the activities of the M2S2 Advisory Board and organizes the annual USACE M2S2 Workshop. He provides assistance and feedback to Military Munitions Design Centers and Remedial Action Districts, RBCs, National Program Managers, Labs, and the Environmental and Munitions Center of Expertise on policy and technical issues for multiple programs with an annual value of $400M. He collaborates with internal and external customers and stakeholders, maintains the M2S2 EKO page, gives presentations on USACE M2S2 capabilities and accomplishments, represents USACE with DA and DoD staff on military munitions issues, and serves on munitions related committees.

    • Partner with industry (NAOC) to address PBA contract risks
    • Conduct evaluations of MM Remedial Action Districts in FY12-13
    • Support RCWM–P Integrating Office initiatives with CMA
