Bill Harmon serves as a Project Manager with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Harmon received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and physics from Michigan Technological University and is also a retired Commander with the U.S. Navy Reserve. He is married with four children and more grandchildren than he can keep track of.
