Tony Hernandez is the Director of Operations and Stewardship for Dudley Neighbors Incorporated, a community land trust established by Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative in Roxbury MA in the late 1980s. Dudley Neighbors Incorporated (DNI) is a subsidiary organization that promotes affordable housing and community control of development and land in the Dudley Neighborhood. DNI also promotes the community land trust model throughout Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Tony Hernandez is a leader in advancing Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative and the organization's work to reclaim brownfields in the community while avoiding resident displacement. Tony has lived on the Dudley Land Trust along with his school age daughter for the past 12 years. He has a Master's degree in architecture, and has played an integral role in community development and ensuring affordable housing for low income families in his community.
