Tracy HopkinsTracy Hopkins is an environmental engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the Superfund program at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters. Her focus in Superfund has been on policies and implementation issues for remedial design, remedial action, and post-construction. She is now leading the effort to develop a Post Construction Completion Strategy for Superfund. Prior to working at EPA, Tracy was a Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer, where she managed construction contracting and public works at Navy bases. A registered Professional Engineer, she has a bachelors degree in chemical engineering and a masters degree in environmental engineering.
