Mr. Howe has 20 years of experience in environmental sciences and 15 years of experience implementing environmental restoration projects. At various levels in management he has played a major role in cleanup and closure at several hundred sites ranging in size from small Brownfields sites to some of the largest Superfund and Brownfields property redevelopments in the US. As a practitioner and former analytical laboratory manager he is familiar with all types of field-based measurement technologies, their benefits, costs, specificity, and associated sampling schemes that can be used to limit costs while expediting the remedial process. Mr. Howe is currently with TetraTech EM Inc. in Denver, Colorado.
