Judy C. HuangMs. Judy C. Huang is a remedial project manager for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX in San Francisco, California. She has over 20 years of experience in environmental engineering/regulation, including regulation of point and non-point source surface water discharges, wetland restorations, and remediation of munitions and sites with contaminated soils, groundwater, and sediments. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in Chemical Engineering and is a California registered professional engineer. Prior to 2006, she was with the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board. Currently, she is the remedial project manager for Fort Ord Superfund Site and Palos Verdes Shelf Superfund Site and serves as EPA Region 9 Formerly Used Defense Site Coordinator. She is the recipient of the 2011 U.S. EPA Federal Facility Response Outstanding Achievement Award and the U.S. EPA Silver Medal for Superior Service in 2008.
