Gary Johnson coordinates the Nitrogen Credit Advisory Board meetings and acts as the liaison between the Board and the DEP on all facets of the trading program that include, preparing reports, projections and forecasts to the Board and State Legislature on the trading program. In addition, he represents the DEP in hearings and public meetings concerning the General Permit and Nitrogen Trading program. Finally, he serves as the DEP's technical expert on advanced wastewater treatment nitrogen removal projects.
