Jim Powell is a Water Quality Standards Section Manager for the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. Jim has served as the Alaska State Wetlands Program Coordinator for the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. He has also been the Assistant Director for the Division of Environmental Quality, Special Assistant for the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, and Deputy Mayor and an Assembly member for the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska
