Julie E. Kaiser, PMPMs. Kaiser is an environmental protection specialist with 25 years experience assessing, analyzing and managing a diverse range of environmental projects. Currently she serves as a project manager and design team leader in the Environmental and Munitions Design Center in the Baltimore District (EM DC). Previously, Ms. Kaiser served as data and policy analyst for the Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) military munitions response program (MMRP) at Headquarters USACE. As a consultant in the private sector for 17 years, Ms. Kaiser conducted and managed multiple CERCLA and RCRA investigations; she also prepared policy and annual reporting documents for DoD’s environmental conservation and cleanup programs.

Ms. Kaiser attended the University of Wisconsin and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Ecology; she received a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. She is a registered Project Management Professional.
