Kenneth A. Lovelace, Jr., P.E., P.G. (Ken) has a B.S. in geology from the University of California, Davis and an M.S. in civil engineering from Colorado State University. He has over 24 years of professional experience in water resources as a hydrogeologist and environmental engineer. Ken has been employed by U.S. EPA since 1991 in the Superfund program. His primary area of responsibility is developing national policy for characterization, cleanup and management of ground water contamination at hazardous waste sites. Prior to that he was employed as a senior civil engineer for an oil pipeline company and as a hydrogeologist for a geotechnical consulting firm. Ken is the leader of the Ground Water Task Force.
