Hollis Luzecky is an attorney in the Office of Site Remediation Enforcement (aka Superfund Enforcement) within the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. As part of the headquarters Brownfields and Revitalization Team, Hollis has worked on Brownfields liability issues and settlement agreements. Currently, Hollis is the contact for Comfort/Status Letters and also works on Contiguous Property Owner and Contaminated Aquifer issues. As a member of the Environmentally Responsible Redevelopment and Reuse (ER3) Team, Hollis has helped facilitate environmentally responsible redevelopment through the use of enforcement tools. Hollis received her J.D. from Drake Law School and a B.A. International Relations & Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota.
