Lura Matthews is the project lead for the EPA's RE-Powering America's Land: Siting Renewable Energy on Potentially Contaminated Land and Mine Sites initiative. Ms. Matthews has been at the EPA since July 2006, where she has worked on climate change issues related to land and materials management for several years. Ms. Matthews has a master's in public policy from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a B.A. in economics from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wis.
