John Meeker is Associate Professor of Environmental Health Sciences at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. His work focuses on defining sources, magnitudes and consequences of human exposure to environmental and occupational contaminants, with a special interest in reproductive and developmental effects associated with exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals, as well as identifying and evaluating strategies to control harmful exposures. Dr. Meeker obtained an M.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Harvard School of Public Health in 2001. In 2004, he earned a Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) in Exposure Assessment with minors in both Biostatistics and Environmental & Occupational Epidemiology, followed by additional postdoctoral research and training in Environmental Epidemiology in 2005.
