Jennifer Molloy works in the Municipal Branch, Water Permits Division at EPA Headquarters

Jennifer is an Aquatic Biologist with a background in the ecology of aquatic systems, especially streams and rivers. Jennifer has spent many years with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality integrating nonpoint source, stormwater, TMDL and other water quality programs. Currently Jennifer is working on stormwater, wet weather integration, watershed permitting, and implementing TMDLs via general permits.
