Marti Otto is an environmental engineer in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Superfund Remediation and Technology Innovation. Ms. Otto has over 20 years of experience in hazardous waste site evaluation and remediation and in environmental regulation and policy development. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech.
