Patti Cale-Finnegan has been coordinator of the State Revolving Fund (SRF) for the Iowa Department of Natural Resources since 2004. Iowa recently revamped their SRF program to encourage greater use of the SRF to address problems such as manure management, agricultural best management practices, replacement of inadequate septic tanks, in addition to supporting funding for upgrading drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities. Prior to joining Iowa DNR, Patti worked for the Iowa Association of Municipal Utilities, coordinating energy efficiency, renewable energy, stormwater and telecommunications services.
