Mrs. Perry has been an Environmental Scientist with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for over 18 years. She started as a Remedial Project Manager in the South Superfund Remedial Branch. Currently, she serves as a Brownfields Project Manager in the Restoration and Underground Storage Tank Branch, RCRA Division. She works with states, cities and local entities to develop and implements new and innovative approaches to restoration, reuse, and redevelopment of Non-National Priority List (NPL) potentially contaminated or contaminated properties. She assists in establishing goals and strategies for the Brownfields program which are consistent with national and regional policies. She further serves as the 128 (a) EPA Brownfields Coordinator for Georgia and Tennessee. She frequently conducts or assists with Region 4's outreach efforts. This year she will serve her third consecutive year as the Region 4 National Ranking Panel Coordinator for the Assessment, Revolving Loan Fund Cleanup Competitive Grant Process. She has managed all aspects pertaining to Brownfields Grant Projects.
