Megan Quinn has worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over nine years and has been with the Brownfields and Land Revitalization Office for six years. She currently manages the National Revolving Loan Fund Program, the National Multi-Purpose Pilot Program and the National Assessment and Cleanup Grant Program. In 2010, Megan was a Brookings Institute Fellow on the U.S. House Appropriations Committee's Subcommittee on Interior and the Environment. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Political Science and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from American University in Washington, DC.
