Following completion of a BSc and MSc, Naomi joined Manchester City Council as a technical officer in their contaminated land team. Naomi joined National Grid Property in 2005 where she became the youngest person to achieve the position of Regeneration Manager, and to have financial control and responsibility for delivery of remediation projects and site assessments. Recently she was involved in the management of National Grid's first Cluster project with responsibility for the remediation of three individual donor sites via a soil treatment centre hub. Naomi sits on the SuRF-UK Steering Group and is currently responsible for implementing the SuRF-UK Framework for National Grid Property. She was named Young Brownfield Professional at the 2010 Brownfield Briefing Remediation Innovation Awards.
