Randy Hill is an IT Project Manager for the US EPA Monitoring Branch. Before joining EPA as STORET's Project Manager, Randy has had 20 years of project management experience from both the government and commercial sector where he led the implementation and training of Oracle Ebusiness Suite Software. As the STORET PM, he has management responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and development of new software functionality.
