Leslie is a Water Resource Engineer for Tetra Tech, Inc. Leslie has developed numerous user-friendly modeling tools that can be used to calculate loadings in the watershed, identify appropriate Best Management Practices (BMPs), and track the effectiveness of those BMPs in reducing pollutant loads.
