Karen Singer is a CERCLA Senior Attorney in EPA Region 4's Environmental Accountability Division. She has been with the Region since 1993, first working in the Office of Air, Toxics, and General Law Legal Support and then in the Office of CERCLA C Legal Support. She is currently on a one-year detail with the Office of RCRA/UST/OPA Legal Support. Karen received a J. D. degree from Georgia State University in 1993 and a B.A. in Journalism from Ohio State University in 1974. She is a member of the Georgia Bar.
